You can earn frequent flier miles or points from leading airline and hotel partners while you are roaming with Digicel. Miles or points earned as a result of your roaming usage will be credited directly on your account from your airline or hotel program. These miles or points can be redeemed into free airline tickets, hotel stays or any other goods or services. In order to earn miles or points you only need to register once. In addition, you can register up to three additional phone numbers to your account on which you can earn miles or points. These may be mobile numbers of your spouse, friends, family or colleagues. It is required that the additional mobile phone numbers are also from Digicel. Miles or points earned as a result of the use by those mobile phones will also be credited to your account.

Which airline or hotel partners are participating in Digicel Roaming Rewards Club?
You can earn rewards with any of the following airline or hotel partners: Kuwait Airways, Gulf Air, Etihad Airways, Oman Air, Qatar Airways, Sri Lankan Airlines, Thai Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Hilton, Marriott, InterContinental Hotel Group, Royal Brunei Airlines, TAP Portugal, Ukraine International Airlines, AeroSvit Airlines, Lufthansa, Air France/KLM, Delta Airlines, and American Airlines.

Can I earn miles or points with the service if I am already registered for another loyalty program with Digicel Roaming Rewards Club?
No. You can only earn miles or points with one loyalty program.

Do I need a mobile phone from Digicel?

Yes, it is required that you have a mobile phone number from Digicel.

Can I make use of Digicel Roaming Rewards Club with a prepaid phone?

Yes, both postpaid and pre-paid users can earn roaming miles or points.

How do I register?

You can enroll online. On the home page choose your preferred loyalty program to earn miles or points when making use of your mobile phone abroad. It is required that you are an existing member of any of the associated loyalty program of Digicel Roaming Rewards Club and that you have a mobile phone number from Digicel.

How do I become a member of any of the associated loyalty programs?

In which countries can I earn miles?
You can earn miles or points in any country as long as you make use of your mobile phone abroad

Are there any additional costs for registering for Digicel Roaming Rewards Club?

No, there are no additional costs involved in order to earn miles or points.

How long does it take before I receive my miles or points?

It takes between three to eight weeks before your miles or points will be credited on your account.

How can I see if my miles are credited on my account?

You can view your account balance with your airline or hotel loyalty program. Your rewards earned with Digicel Roaming Rewards Club will be credited on your account under the name "Travelling Connect".

What should I do if I did not receive my miles or points?

Please check your account balance with your loyalty program first. Your rewards will be credited on your account under the name "Travelling Connect". It may take up to three to eight weeks before your miles or points are credited to the account balance with your chosen loyalty program. If you believe that you have not received your rewards, you can contact our customer service desk.
